Product Pick-up Next Steps

Please review completely when submitting a pick-up order request form.​

  • After we receive your form submission, you will receive an email confirming our product availability and 1-3 options to schedule a product pick-up window. (Quantity dependent on your available days & times)

    • Please allow 2 business days for us to process form submissions.

    • In our reply, available pick-up appointment options will be provided for the following 7 days unless otherwise requested in your 'Additional information'.

    • Immediate turnaround is not guaranteed. Please plan accordingly based on this timeline!

  • Once you reply to our email with your chosen pick-up window, you will be added to our calendar and will receive an appointment notification from our booking software, Vagaro.

    • Please treat this like an actual appointment! If you can't make it in your reserved timeframe, please email or text the studio to reschedule.

  • After reserving your appointment window, you will receive a separate email from our booking system with your invoice.

    • Please remit payment for your order by 9 am on the day of your scheduled pick-up window.

      • Orders are prepared and set aside first thing once our team members arrive at the studio.

      • If your invoice is not paid by 9 am on the day of your scheduled pick-up window, your appointment window may be canceled and you will need to reschedule for another day.
         

  • Your order will be placed on a hook on the studio door for pick-up during your scheduled window.

    • Each order will be labeled with a first name and last initial and bags will be stapled shut.​

  • Even though a team member will be in the studio, they will be with other clients.

    • Product pick-up appointments are contactless and do not include any consultation time.

  • Limiting the time windows helps us know who will be coming and when to put which orders out.

    • When you pick up your order, we just ask that you send a quick text so we know you got it!​

    • Please text the studio number at 843.738.1333 with your confirmation text.

  • By scheduling a product pick-up appointment window, you are committing to arrive during your scheduled time and accept that Sarah Moon Facial Studio cannot guarantee delivery due to the grab-and-go nature of our pick-ups. If you do not consent to this, please plan on purchasing products at your scheduled facial appointments or please place your order (to be shipped) via our online store.
