How do I schedule an appointment?All in-studio appointments can be conveniently scheduled online HERE. You will be required to create and/or login to a Vagaro account prior to scheduling. *If you don't currently have a Vagaro account and need to sign up for one, at the bottom of the login screen there will be the message: 'Don't have an account? Sign Up Now'. Registering for a Vagaro account only takes about 1 minute.

Cancellation Policies: What are your Cancellation, Sick, Late Arrival, and No-Show policies?Cancellation Policy: Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment and service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment using your Vagaro online portal to avoid the cancellation fee. Providing less than 48 hours' notice will require you to pay a cancellation fee of = half the service cost you were scheduled for. NOTE: If you are within the 48-hour window, you won't be able to cancel or reschedule using your online Vagaro portal. If your scheduled appointment is within 48 hours, you will need to email the studio (info@sarahmoonstudio.com) or text the studio (843.738.1333) to inform your Esthetician you won't be able to make your appointment. Sick Policy: Life happens! We get sicky! And it's terrible! We also do not want you to come in if you're under the weather, as this affects our team and all our future clients. If you realize you're sick within the 48-hour cancellation policy, please contact us (info@sarahmoonstudio.com or text the studio @ 843.738.1333) to let us know you're sick ASAP. Instead of the full cancellation policy applying (half of your scheduled service), you will only be charged a $40 Sick Cancellation Fee. NOTE: Please do not abuse this sick policy. This policy has been implemented as a courtesy to our clients while also minorly accommodating for our Estheticians' lost service time. If it is suspected a client is taking advantage of the sick policy, your Esthetician has the right to charge the full cancellation fee. Late Arrival Policy: If you are late, any tardiness will eat into your appointment time. Your appointment is reserved for a select time, and we can not accommodate extending due to scheduling constraints. NOTE: If you are 10+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you will be counted as a no-show and the No-Show Policy will apply. This ensures we respect all clients' time and honor other appointment reservations that day. No-Show Policy: No-showing your appointment with no email or text notice will result in being charged the full amount of the service you were scheduled for.

What are the names next to each facial?Each facial is named after an actual moon in our solar system! Ersa, Mneme, and Leda are all moons of Jupiter. Daphnis is a moon of Saturn. More facials and products will be added in the future, so keep an eye out! 😊

When will I see results from using my new skincare?This answer is totally dependent on each client! What their skin type is, current issues, what they're trying to improve, etc.. For acne clients, give your new regimen a solid 12+ weeks to begin seeing improvement. This isn't to say you won't see benefits within this time, but depending on the severity of symptoms, it can take this amount of time to see sustained results. With acne-prone skin it is very much a 'trust the process' type approach. Acne-clearing typically takes 4-6 months. For general skin health clients, you may notice things like improved skin hydration, more resilient skin, and overall 'happier' skin within the first couple weeks of implementing your new regimen. For aging concerns and hyperpigmentation- this is similar to the acne-clearing timeline. Consistency and time really pay off here. While there is never any 100% guarantee of seeing visible results, our main focus is a healthy and resilient stratum corneum, the outermost layer of the skin. Focusing on a healthy skin barrier will allow for the skin to function optimally and for skin comfort to resume. Our regimens and skincare routines are set up to enable your skin to thrive.

Why isn't the product I'm looking for in the online store?There are some products that are available for in-studio purchase only. If you're not seeing the product you've purchased in-person, this is probably the case! Please contact the studio at info@sarahmoonstudio.com and email your order. You will receive an invoice to remit payment and can schedule a product pick-up appointment. Face Reality Some Face Reality Products are not available for online sale due to brand stipulations. These include active serums and benzoyl peroxide products. If these products are a part of your custom home regimen, these CAN be drop-shipped to you. Please visit the Shop page and scroll down to the form to complete your order request.

Why did I receive two tracking numbers?Our online store orders are sometimes fulfilled by drop-shipping directly from our suppliers. Bion Skincare and Face Reality products will come from different distributors, so if you've ordered a combination of brands— you'll receive two tracking numbers.

Our online store orders are sometimes fulfilled by drop-shipping directly from our suppliers. If they are back-ordered for any product order you placed through our website, we will notify you via email as soon as we become aware. How do I access my video call?- Appointment link: After scheduling your Virtual appointment, you will receive an email calendar request with the Google Meet link for our video call. - Joining the video call: Please open the calendar invite containing the link to our video call and select 'Join with Google Meet' or copy and paste the meeting url into your browser at the time of our scheduled appointment.

How can I purchase a Gift Certificate?Gift Certificates can be easily purchased online HERE. A Vagaro account is required for online Gift Certificate purchases. You will be required to create and/or login to a Vagaro account prior to purchase. *If you don't currently have a Vagaro account and need to sign up for one, at the bottom of the login screen there will be the message: 'Don't have an account? Sign Up Now'. Registering only will take about 1 minute. Gift Certificates can be delivered virtually via email to a designated recipient or they can be printed (by the purchaser) after the order is completed. No physical gift card or gift certificate will be provided by the studio. Please note: Gift Certificates are only available for use in-studio.

What can be purchased with a Gift Certificate?Gift Certificates are only available for use in-studio. In-studio, they can be applied towards services and/or products. Gift certificates can also be applied towards pick-up skincare orders placed directly with the studio via email. They will not be available as a payment option for orders requiring shipping via this website. If you wish to apply a gift certificate to an order with shipping, please email info@sarahmoonstudio.com with your order details and gift certificate number. You will then receive an email invoice to remit any other additional payment required.
