Retail shopping is available for Established Clients during Friday Shop.

At this time we only retail products to established studio clients. Since skincare recommendations can be so individual, we keep retail tied to existing client care so we can make sure products are appropriate for your skin and routine.
If you’re ever interested in support with your regimen, we’d love to see you for a consultation or facial first. You can always view our services or book online here:

As of November 2025, our online store only contains products from Bion Skincare.
If you'd like to place an order for shipment that includes other brands we carry in the studio (such as Face Reality, MAD Skincare, Glymed, etc.), please email your entire order to info@sarahmoonstudio.com.
In your email, please include:
- Product names and quantities
- Your first and last name
- Your preferred shipping address
You will then receive an invoice to remit payment, and your order will be shipped to you.
Free shipping applies to online orders with a Bion Skincare subtotal of $75+.
This offer is valid for Bion Skincare products only.
Mixed-brand orders (orders including more than one skincare brand's products) do not qualify for the free shipping discount.

All skincare sales are final.
Our orders are sometimes fulfilled by drop-shipping directly from our suppliers. Bion Skincare and Face Reality products will come from different distributors, so if you've ordered a combination of brands, you'll receive two tracking numbers.
Our online store orders are sometimes fulfilled by drop shipping directly from our suppliers. If they are back-ordered for any product order you've placed through our website, we will notify you via email as soon as we become aware.
If you would like a refund for the portion of your order instead of waiting for those products to arrive, just email us at info@sarahmoonstudio.com, and we will be more than happy to process a refund.
