Cancellation, Rescheduling, Sick,
Late Arrival, and No-Show Policies

Cancellation Policy:
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment and service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least 48 hours before your appointment using your Vagaro online portal to avoid the cancellation fee. Providing less than 48 hours notice will require you to pay a cancellation fee of = half the service cost you were scheduled for.

 

  • NOTE: If you are within the 48-hour window, you won't be able to cancel or reschedule using your online Vagaro portal. If you are within this window, you will need to email the studio (info@sarahmoonstudio.com) or text the studio (843.738.1333) to inform your Esthetician you won't be able to make your appointment.


Sick Policy:
Life happens! We get sicky! And it's terrible!
We also don't want you to come in if you're under the weather as this affects our Estheticians and all our future clients. If you realize you're sick within the 48-hour cancellation policy, please contact us (info@sarahmoonstudio.com or text the studio @ 843.738.1333) to let us know ASAP. Instead of the full cancellation policy applying (half of your scheduled service), you will only be charged a $40 Sick Cancellation Fee.

 

  • NOTE: Please do not abuse this sick policy. This policy has been implemented as a courtesy to our clients while also minorly accommodating for our Estheticians' lost service time.
    If it is suspected a client is taking advantage of this sick policy, your Esthetician has the right to charge the full cancellation fee.


Late Arrival Policy:
If you are late, any tardiness will eat into your appointment time. Your appointment is reserved for a select time, and we can not accommodate extending due to scheduling constraints.

  • NOTE: If you are 10+ minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, you will be counted as a no-show and the No-Show Policy will apply. This ensures we respect all clients' time and honor our commitment to other appointment reservations that day.

No-Show Policy:
No-showing your appointment with no email or text notice will result in being charged the full amount of the service you were originally scheduled for.
